Congratulations to Robert Stuart on his upcoming solo exhibition “Light Coming Through” at the Staunton Augusta Art Center!  The show will run August 15 – September 20 and will open with a reception for the artist on Friday, August 15th from 5 – 7 pm.  This exhibition is Robert’s largest solo show to date and will feature early and recent paintings

Congratulations to Joan Elliott on her receipt of the Franz and Virginia Bader Fund Grant!  This prestigious award is given annually to four visual artists living within 150 miles of Washington, DC.  Elliott will use her grant to travel this summer to Istanbul and Southern Spain to research Moorish and Islamic architecture, design, and textiles.
