Congratulations to Tanja Softic on the opening of “Migrant Universe” at the Harnett Museum of Art at University of Richmond! The show runs August 20 – October 6 with a reception on Thursday, September 4 from 6 to 8 pm. Softic will give an artist talk on Friday, September 5 at 2 pm.  This monumental show has traveled to Tufts University Art Gallery and the Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art at College of Charleston.  We are excited to have the work back in Richmond for hometown viewing!

On Thursday, August 14th, we will open an exhibition of paintings by Richmond painter Joan Massey.  Joan has dedicated herself to learning to paint over the past few years despite physical limitations caused by Parkinson’s Disease.   Please join us to celebrate her accomplishments and her inspiring fervor for art.  Proceeds from the exhibition will benefit the VCU Parkinson’s Disease Center.
